The DEEL Reel – Structuring Meetings: Episode 2 – Inclusion Activities

Welcome back to DEEL Reel! This video clip is the second in the series of how to plan well structured meetings. Episode one focused on how to set the tone at the beginning of your meeting by setting clear expectations, defining the purpose and clarifying outcomes.

Episode two will explore how to incorporate inclusion activities into your meetings. Inclusion activities are simple ways to get people listening and talking to each other in a structured manner. Inclusion activities provide opportunities for individuals to move from individual “me-ness” to a collective “we-ness” and to transition from the day’s activities to the meeting’s agenda.

Special shout out to Thinking Collaboratively and Adaptive Schools Foundation for the opportunity to learn how to facilitate groups and hold highly effective meetings! If you would like to learn more about Adaptive Schools Foundation, please click on the link.
