Strategic Learning for School Leaders – AP Training

Welcome to Strategic Learning for School Leaders

SL2 is a Pitt County Schools comprehensive program to guide the learning of current and future school leaders, specifically Assistant Principals. Centered around the NC School Executive Standards and the PCS Strategic Plan, the monthly training targets specific skills, capabilities, and values needed to support Assistant Principals in becoming effective school leaders.

The mission of Strategic Learning for School Leaders is to provide Assistant Principals with (1) targeted monthly training, (2) opportunities to apply skills, and (3) structured support, so they can become effective school leaders.
